- Whether you could get dental coverage through your employer on December 31: 1 not eligible, 2 you only, 3 you, your spouse and children, 4 you and your spouse, 5 you and your children.
- Where it goes on your return
- Nothing to enter. The CRA uses it to check eligibility for the Canadian Dental Care Plan.
- Code 1 means you may qualify for the Canadian Dental Care Plan if your family income is under $90,000.
