You get a T4A for pension income, self-employed commissions, scholarships, fees for services and other income that isn't a salary.

- Pension payments from an employer's registered pension plan, including disability benefits paid as a life annuity.

- Enter it on line 11500.
- How it affects your refund
- Pension income is taxable. Tax withheld is in box 022.
- Pension from a registered pension plan qualifies for the pension income amount on line 31400 at any age, a credit on up to $2,000 of it.
- You can split up to half of it with your spouse using Form T1032, which can lower your combined tax.
