T4A box 018 (box 18): lump-sum payments
You get a T4A for pension income, self-employed commissions, scholarships, fees for services and other income that isn't a salary.
- What it is
- A single payment out of a pension plan, such as a withdrawal or a payout when a plan ends.
- Where it goes on your return
- Enter it on line 13000.
- If the payment was transferred directly to an RRSP, you'll get a receipt to claim an offsetting deduction.
