T4A box 028 (box 28): other income
You get a T4A for pension income, self-employed commissions, scholarships, fees for services and other income that isn't a salary.

- Income that doesn't fit another box, such as a prize, a death benefit or certain employer payments.
- Where it goes on your return
- Usually line 13000, or a self-employment line (13499 to 14300) if it's business income. Employer-paid insurance premiums for retirees go on line 10400.
